I am Hasan. I run The Simple Travel, and I have been applying for visas for as long as I have been travelling. I hold a third world countries passport, which means I have never had the option of showing up at a border and being waved through on trust. Every trip I take starts the same way yours does. An application form, a stack of supporting documents, and a decision made by someone I will never meet.
So far I have visited more than seventy countries on that passport. I have applied for United Kingdom visitor visas, Schengen visas from several different embassies, United States B1 and B2 visas, Australian, Canadian, Japanese and Korean visas, along with plenty of destinations most people rarely write about. Along the way I have also helped family, friends and clients prepare their own applications. In one recent case, a UK Standard Visitor Visa reconsideration I worked on led UKVI to review the original decision.

Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No, and I will never claim to. No independent service can guarantee a visa decision. The only person who can decide on an application is the consular officer reviewing it. What I can do is remove the avoidable weaknesses so your application arrives on that officer desk in the strongest realistic condition. Anyone promising you a guaranteed visa is either misinformed or misleading you.
Do you work for an embassy or immigration office?
No. I am completely independent. I do not represent any embassy, consulate, government or immigration authority, and I am not part of any official visa scheme. My role is to help applicants prepare cleaner applications that they then submit themselves through the official channel.
Do you submit the application for me?
No. You submit your own application through the correct official channel (embassy website, VFS or TLScontact centre, ETA portal, or wherever your destination requires). I prepare the documents, cover letter and forms with you, and I review the final package before you press submit, but the submission itself is always yours.
Can you help if I have been refused before?
Yes, and this is one of the most common reasons people come to me. Start by sending your refusal notice through the assessment form. I read the refusal, work out what the officer actually took issue with, and help you plan a properly different next application.
Can you write my cover letter?
Yes. Cover letters are one of the most requested single services. Every letter I write is tailored to the applicant actual circumstances, in their own voice, addressing the specific issues their case raises. I do not use templates and I do not reuse letters from one client for another.
Can you review my documents?
Yes. I review bank statements, employer letters, tax returns, business documents, itineraries, hotel bookings, invitation letters, sponsorship letters and any additional supporting documents. I check each one for clarity, consistency and relevance, and give you a written checklist of anything that needs fixing.
Do I still need to pay the embassy visa fee?
Yes. My service fee covers only my time and work. You pay the embassy, consulate, visa centre and any biometric fees directly to those authorities, at their own standard rates. Those fees vary by nationality and destination, and I am not involved in collecting or refunding them.
How long does the service take?
A free assessment is normally answered within two working days. A cover letter is delivered within three working days. A document review takes two to five working days depending on the amount of paperwork. A Complete Application Support package usually runs over one to two weeks.
Can you help with urgent applications?
Sometimes. If your travel date is close, mention it clearly in the assessment form and I will tell you if I can realistically help within your timeline. I do not charge a rush fee. If I can genuinely help within your window I will say so. If I cannot, I will tell you upfront rather than take the work.
Can you help self employed applicants, freelancers and business owners?
Yes, and this is one of my most common request types. Self employed applicants often struggle with the standard employer letter route. I help you build an alternative case using business registration documents, tax filings, client contracts or invoices, business bank statements and a properly written cover letter that explains your work honestly.
What happens after I submit the assessment?
Within two working days, you will get a personal reply from me at your email address. It will cover how your case looks, what I think needs strengthening, whether any of my paid services would genuinely help, and what your next step should be. There is no obligation.
