If you contact your motel service provider, they can also manage it for you. The lowest price is 2000tk for an all-day ride.

The most exciting part is you will be able to visit 70 percent of the tourist spots by riding a boat. You are going to enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake surrounded by steep green hills and then suddenly realize you’ve reached another tourist spot.

Rangamati’s best wildlife park. If you’re planning to have some view of mesmerizing Kaptai Lake sitting in a place that is occupying city vibes, then Polwel Park is for you. There is a restaurant, resort, and artificial decorations with statues. Its entry fee is 30 Tk.

Hanging Bridge

It’s famous for its pleasing view both from the bridge and the hills. You will get a soothing eye view from the bridge. When you ride on the mountain just beside the bridge, you will get a whole picture of the lake and a landscape carrying both mountain and water. Its entry fee is 20tk.

It’s a beautiful place for those who like to visit temples, monks or churches. Standing as if it’s a golden temple attracts most of the visitors. It’s also a holy place for the Buddhist people. 

Aronnok Holiday Resort

If you’re interested in water rides, then you can choose Aronnok Holiday Resort. Its entry fee is 50tk. You can also go to Happy Island, which offers 150 Tk. from Aronnok Holiday Resort.

This place is famous for the cable ride. This cable ride is considered one of the longest cable rides in South Asia. Almost 2.2 km long, this ride will take you to a heavenly view surrounded by high mountains with their refreshing greenery.

You will be able to observe the whole panoramic view of Rangamati from the top. This amazing ride will cost you 250 tk per person. There is also a zoo with some rare birds in Bangladesh, which can be a great place for family tours with children.

How To Get to Rangamati

If your backpack is ready with your daily necessities, you don’t need much more for this trip. You can bring your hiking shoes with you only if you’re interested in hiking. It will be safe to get any mosquito spray or net as it’s a hilly area with many mosquitoes. 

If you’re going by bus, you can find it from Kalabagan, Sydabad or Fakirapul in Dhaka. The price range of tickets is 700 to 1000 Taka depending on AC or non AC service. If you’re planning to go by plane, you’ll have to land in Chittagong as there is no airport in Rangamati.

Then you can go from Chittagong to Rangamati by bus within 150 takas. The plane ticket price range is from 2200 to 7000 depending on regular, economy, or business class.
